Kingsbridge Allan offers flexible arrangements enabling coaching to be carried out face to face, on-line or via telephone conversations. Initial face to face meetings are recommended to identity goals and establish good working relationships.

Coaching is a very effective tool for assisting individuals and organisations develop career paths.

The first activity is to use MBTI to identify the client’s profile. This gives insights into many aspects of career choice the sort of work the client is likely to enjoy, the environment they would prefer to be in, what they would be good at.
Having established their profile, the client then moves on to a structured programme that gives space for creative problem solving using innovative techniques. The client is facilitated through the process and so has full ownership of the decisions made. The process lasts for between 2 and 6 one hour sessions depending on the situation and the needs of the client.
