Kingsbridge Allan will carefully assess competence and skill levels within your organisation before designing and delivering a customised management programme. Facilitators from the organisation can also be trained to deliver the programmes using materials and tutors’ notes provided.

Managing Workplace Stress

Kingsbridge Allan offers a range of stress management programmes for employees and for managers.

The learning approach in these workshops is phenomenological, based on the issues facing the delegates in their workplace. The methodology will be facilitated activity-based learning that enables effective application of learning back in the workplace.  Among the programmes offered by Kingsbridge Allan are a:
