Bespoke Manangement Development Programmes

The courses can be customised meaning they are suitable for first line managers right up to director level.
Kingsbridge Allan will carefully assess competence and skill levels within your organisation before designing and delivering a customised management programme. This will be delivered using interactive techniques for optimum learning and application in the work setting. Facilitators from the organisation can also be trained to deliver the programmes using materials and tutors’ notes provided.
Managing Workplace Stress
Kingsbridge Allan offers a range of stress management programmes for employees and for managers.
The learning approach in these workshops is phenomenological, based on the issues facing the delegates in their workplace.
